Geocaching is an activity that, for a reason i cannot really put my finger on, has fascinated me for a long time. For those not in the know, geocaching is a kind of a global game where some participants hide targets in more or less remarkable places and then publish hints and GPS coordinates for other players to find it. So far though, i haven’t got myself a GPS receiver so i could play along (hint-hint, Christmas is coming So imagine my surprise when i today located my first geocache! It was hidden in a box by the bird watching tower just a few hundred meters outside where i work. I actually went out today to take some pictures of snow and sun (coming soon) and just had to look inside the box in the tower….
