I had my first mid-life crisis this morning. In a bit less than a week from now, i’ll turn 36. Friggin’ 36. That’s a lot.

I started to think about my life and what i’ve done so far. I’ve worked for UN in some bizarre far-away country, check. I’ve travelled to Nepal, Galápagos and a bunch of other off-the-chart countries, check. I’ve worked for a “new media” IT company during The IT Bubble 1.0, check. I’ve worked for the radio and met most of my musical heroes in person, check. I’ve toured with a rock band, (although it was only an overextended weekend, but it does count, so)check . I’ve got a wife and two lovely kids, check.
The whole thing was over in fifteen minutes. Check.
