I will not buy this record

I have a rather nifty telephone, the Nokia N71. After having scratched virtually everything scratchable that i own, it was nice with a foldable clamshell telephone for a change. For once the display would be safe and secure inside the fold.
Or that’s what i thought.
There is a bozonic construction error with the N71 so the parts around the keyboard scratch the display surface. Not good.
Yesterday i was at the Nokia store with my lady and i asked the service about this. Yes they would service it. And — lo and behold — Nokia acknowleges it is their fault, and they take full responsibility of this error, meaning they will fix it — change the “glass” and add higher rubber pads — for free. What they can’t promise is a phone to borrow while they work at mine, which (maybe) sucketh majorly.
Good stuff.
Getting the phone fixed would take two to five days, just enough to read the Hungarian phrasebook.
