Update: OK, maybe i need to comment on how to read it. The approximate translation of my full arabic name is as follows: Father of Ronja, Robin Laurén, the smiling one, son of Christian, from Helsinki. So Abu Ronja Robin Laurén al-basim bin Christian al-Helsinki. Or something along those notes.

This name may contain a semantic bug. According to The Source of All Knowlege (wikipedia), you would either have “Robin Laurén” or “father of Ronja” in a proper arabic name, but not both. Which makes it kinda funky that my name can be “Abu Ronja bin Christian” but my own personal name (“ism”, اسم) can be omitted. Yet my parents and kids could be abu/umm Robin and bin Robin respectively.

Any Arab who can fill me in?
