Damn it. In the shadow of the Google Chrome browser’s release, Google also released the beta version of the Picasa 3 photo organizer. And what have we here? An EULA with a paragraph 11 which is remarkably like the previously discarded one from Google Chrome.

The Internet has roared. The Google has coughed. The Google Chrome EULA paragraph eleven that i wrote about yesterday has been radically altered. I thank nikc for notifying me about the change.
The Chrome EULA article 11 now states:
