I just keep babbling about Tibet like i knew anything about the place or the situation. But you know what, that’s how i cope with the situation. Babbling and speculating.

The Olympics in a civil war zone? »

China says that there is only one China. China are sending thousands of soldiers to Tibet. Do we really dare sending our athletics to a country which is in a civil war?
Just a thought.

So what? »

China’s premiere Wen Jibao says that Dalai lama and his “clique” are behind the protests in Lhasa. A man of peace. Got the Nobel price and all. Yeah right.
But what if Wen’s right? So what? After 49 years of invasion, shouldn’t somebody stand up and say that it’s enough?

Nearly 2/3 of a million signatures on the End the violence in Tibet rally. Not bad! If you aren’t among them but feel like you should be, add yourself!

The bad news: Today is the five year anniversary of the US invasion of Iraq. 85′000 dead, most of them locals. Shove that in your oil barrel.
The good news: China is taking Tibet seriously. The bad turn: It will probably be ugly.
